Charge is a Barbarian Skill that can be unlocked with the Ten Thousand Steps prophecy, which requires a player to travel 10000 meters.
Skill description: "When dashing towards enemies, charge into the closest enemy instead, dealing damage in a small area, and stunning hit enemies for a short duration."
